Our Story

Evangelist Lloyd Eric Charter Sr. Founder/President of

Tri. State GCPM Inc., is married to Mary Alice Charter.

He's a disabled veteran with an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army.

He is the grandson of the late Elfreda ( (Muzzie) Cummings-Charter and Horatio Charter and the son of the late Beatrice Charter &  John Lawrence. His roots are grounded in Morne Jaloux and Greenville Street, St George's Grenada.

He's better  known to the Tri-State Islands as Eric, from the late Mrs. Eileen Isaac & Philbert Isaac of Grand-Bay Carriacou. Because of his strong ties to the Tri- State Islands, it's only fitting for him to put efforts into being a part of giving back to a community who've shaped him into the man he's become.
